Examine your delivery immediately upon arrival. For quality control and safety reasons, food and beverage items can only be returned if they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.

Reach out to our customer support team within 14 days of receipt. Please provide your order number and clear photographs of any damaged goods or packaging to expedite the process.
Secure Packaging
If returning merchandise or non-perishable goods, ensure items are in their original packaging. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for verified quality issues or shipping errors.
