How long does shipping take for my beer order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Do I need to show ID when my delivery arrives?
Yes. Since our products contain alcohol, a person of legal drinking age must be present to sign for the delivery and provide a valid government-issued photo ID.
What happens if my cans or bottles arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours with a photo of the damage for a full refund or replacement.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure freshness. You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team directly.
How should I store my BrewDog beer?
To maintain maximum flavor and hop profile, we recommend storing all our beers in a cool, dark place, preferably refrigerated, and consuming them before the 'Best Before' date on the packaging.
